This is the perfect solution for giving access to your home to you and your family, friends, neighbors and service providers through a back, side or garage door. You don't have to worry about keys and you can program a temporary code and delete it when access is no longer needed. I don't even carry house keys anymore!

A garage door key pad would serve a similar purpose, but I have always found them to be finicky, rarely working properly.
