We love this grill so much that we have shoveled through over a foot of snow to use it in winter! Admittedly, we have only mastered steaks, but it also makes great seafood, veggies, pizza and much more!! The steaks are such a hit that my husband even took The Green Egg apart and drove it down to a race track in Ohio where he cooked steaks for a bunch of race engineers!
